Network Resources Defaults

Network Resources Defaults allows users to manage default values to be sent to the associated Network Resource. This is used for global values that will be sent to the resource with every call.

Network Resources Defaults can be managed by users with Administrative rights. See VoIP Product Provisioning for an overview of how TBS handles real time API calls.

From the Main Menu select Admin and then Administrative Menu (New).

Then select the Network Resource Defaults from the Tree menu on the left side of the page.

This will show you a list of the currently configured Network Resources Defaults.

Selecting Add New or clicking the pencil icon will open the Network Resource Default Groups record.

The Network Resources Default fields are:

Resource Type - System defined Network Resource (API)

Resource Key - System defined key field that maps to the API

Resource Value - User defined default value to be sent to the API
